前景理论在高职复合型人才培养模式测评中的应用研究

摘要 建立具有高职复合型人才培养模式特点的评价体系和测评机制,是完善和发展高职复合型人才培养模式的前提和基础。基于前景理论建立以满意度为观测变量的评价模型,为高职复合型人才培养模式的测评提供准确、客观和易操作的方式方法。通过前景值的比较可识别高职复合型人才培养模式评价体系和测评机制的有效性,并进行了实证检验。改变评价指标和测算评价变量的前景值,可为高职复合型人才培养模式的创新与发展提供思路和方向。 Assessment metrics and evaluation mechanism in line with the characteristics of compound talent training mode for higher vocational colleges are the prerequisite and basis that can be used to improve and develop existing compound talent training modes in higher vocational colleges.Considering this,this study used the prospect theory as guidelines to construct an evaluation model for compound talent training modes in higher vocational colleges,which takes satisfaction degree as the evaluation variable to provide accurate,objective,easy way to operate,and methods for improving and developing of assessment metrics and evaluation mechanism.On the one hand,comparing prospect values serve as an empirical study to determine the effectiveness of said assessment metrics and evaluation mechanism.On the other hand,modifying the assessment indicators and recalculating the corresponding prospect values may provide directional references and thought process inspirations for training mode innovation and development.
