摘要
人才队伍的建设是公办院校发展的重点,尤其是对于新转公办院校而言,更应当加快高层次人才队伍的建设,不断引进学校发展所需的高层次人才,从而有效地促进新转公办院校的高质量发展,为学生的专业学习提供坚实的支撑和保障。本文针对新转公办院校在高层次人才引进方面所面临的相关问题进行深入研究,对如何优化新转公办院校的高层次人才引进工作提出了具有较高可行性的措施建议,以期为今后新转公办院校的高层次人才引进工作提供一定的参考借鉴。
The construction of talent team is the key point of the development of the public colleges and universities,especially for the new turn public university,more should speed up the construction of high-level talent team and high-level talents for the imported school development continuously,so as to effectively promote the new high-quality development of public institutions,provide a strong support and guarantee for the students of professional learning.This paper conducts an in-depth study of the problems faced by newly transferred public institutions in the introduction of high-level talents,and proposes highly feasible measures to optimize the introduction of high-level talents in newly transferred public institutions,which can provide some reference for the introduction of high-level talents in newly transferred public institutions in the future.
