高职院校学生就业能力分析及提升举措建议

Analysis and Improvement Measures of Students’ Employability in Higher Vocational Colleges

经济转型的新形势下增加了高职院校提高学生就业能力的紧迫性,而高职院校的人才培养方案,招聘企业的用人条件提高,许多学生就业能力不足的欠缺,以及择业观念落后等因素,增加了学生就业的难度。因此,要提高高职院校毕业生的就业能力,政府应联合各高职院校负责人,广泛利用各种传播媒体进行形象宣传,加深社会各界对高职院校及高职学生的认知与理解;学校方面应合理规划人才培养方案,调整课程设置和专业设置,提高毕业生的专业技术能力,心理素质和集体协作能力;学生自身努力至关重要,树立正确的就业观,提高行动力,利用好校内外实践机会,全方位提高就业能力。

The new situations of economic transformation raise the urgency of higher vocational colleges to improve students’employability,while the talent training programs of higher vocational colleges,the stringent recruiting qualifications of enterprises,the lack of competence and the outworn concept of career selection of many all raise the bar of employment.In order to improve the employability of graduates from higher vocational colleges,the government should join hands with the heads of higher vocational colleges and make extensive use of various media to promote the image and raise awareness of the community about higher vocational colleges and students.Schools should reasonably plan training programs,adjust curriculum and professional settings,and improve professional and technical competence,psychological quality and collective cooperation ability of their students.Students’own efforts are also crucial.They should set up correct employment concepts,increase practical opportunities inside and outside school,and improve their employability in all aspects.
