泛娱乐化背景下高职生职业价值取向及引导研究

Research on Vocational Value Orientation and Guidance of Vocational College Students in the Context of Excessive Entertainment

近年来,在泛娱乐化背景下高职生职业价值取向出现了一些新特点,如泛娱乐化、个性化明显、自主性增强,功利性、物质化突出等。而这些新特点与国家所倡导的传统职业价值观出入太大,甚至相背离,反映出广大青年大学生深受“泛娱乐化”思潮的侵蚀和精神毒害。针对泛娱乐化带来的消极影响以及在此背景下高职生职业价值取向存在的问题,从国家、社会、高职院校、家庭以及学生个人层面提出相应的解决措施及建议,从而加强对高职生职业价值取向的正面、有效引导。

In recent years,some new features have appeared in the career value orientation of vocational college students in the context of pan-entertainment,such as excessive entertainment,individuation,autonomy,utilitarianism and materialization.These new characteristics are different from the traditional career values advocated by the state,and even deviate from them,indicating that the young vocational college students are deeply affected by the erosion and spiritual poisoning of the"excessive entertainment"trend.In view of the negative effects of excessive entertainment and the problems of career value orientation of college students in this context,this paper proposes corresponding measures and suggestions from the state,society,vocational colleges,families and students’level,so as to strengthen the positive and effective guidance for career value orientation of vocational college students.
