信息技术赋能在线开放课程混合教学设计研究

Research on Hybrid Instructional Design of information Technology Enabled Online Open Courses

个性化适切的教学设计能有效改善学习体验、促进深度学习发生、提高学习效能,是提高在线开放课程学习质量的重要影响因素。针对现有教学设计存在的不足,本研究在信息技术赋能下构建了分阶段、分层次的在线开放课程混合教学设计模型。模型从学情精准分析、学习目标个性化定制、弹性化教学预设、学习内容动态化组织、即时化评价反馈等方面进行详细设计,助力教师精准地“识材”、精准地教学设计、高效地“施教”和客观全面地评价。

Personalized and appropriate instructional design can effectively improve the learning experience,promote the occurrence of deep learning,and enhance learning effectiveness,which are important influencing factors to improve the learning quality of online open courses.To address the shortcomings of the existing instructional design,this paper constructs a phased and hierarchical hybrid instructional design model for online open courses with the empowerment of information technology.The model is designed in detail in terms of accurate analysis of learning conditions,personalized customization of learning objectives,flexible teaching pre-design,dynamic organization of learning contents,and instant evaluation feedback,which helps teachers understand students and design teaching precisely,teach efficiently,and evaluate objectively and comprehensively.
