广东省高职教师工作满意度评估及其影响因素的研究

Research on the Assessment and Influencing Factors of Job Satisfaction of Vocational College Faculty in Guangdong Province

基于“顾客满意度”理论的引入,采用要素总和评价法对高职教师工作满意度进行调查评估,旨在准确找出公共供给、服务与高职教师需求之间的差距,推动政府和学校在公共服务领域工作的持续改进。结果发现:广东高职教师工作满意度指数是6.89,总体上处在“一般”水平;职业认同、职业期望、学校支持、政府保障等四个二级维度与教师工作满意度有密切的相关关系,是影响教师工作满意度的主要因素;建模结果显示,预测贡献排在首位的是学校支持维度,其次是职业期望和政府保障维度,其三是职业认同维度。结果表明,提高高职教师工作满意度水平,提升学校支持、政府保障力度,提高教师自身职业认同、职业期望等因素一个也不能少。

Based on the introduction of the"customer satisfaction"theory,the sum-of-factors evaluation method was used to evaluate the job satisfaction of senior teachers,with the aim of accurately identifying the gap between public supply and services and the needs of vocational college teachers,and promoting the continuous improvement of the government and schools in the field of public services.The results found that the job satisfaction index of teachers in Guangdong vocational colleges is 6.89,which is at an average level;the four secondary dimensions of professional identity,career expectations,school support,and government guarantees are closely related to teachers’job satisfaction,which are the main factors that affect teachers’job satisfaction.The modeling results show that the predicted contribution comes first in the dimension of school support,followed by the dimensions of career expectations and government guarantees,and the third is the dimension of professional identity.The results show that these four factors are all essential to improve the level of job satisfaction of vocational college faculty.
