湖南高职院校产教深度融合培养“芙蓉工匠”路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating "Hibiscus Craftsman" Through the Deep Integration of Industry and Education in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges

为大力支持湖南“三高四新”战略提供更多的高技术技能人才,需要湖南高职院校培育更多的“芙蓉工匠”。立足湖南高职院校“芙蓉工匠”培养现状,以产教融合为切入点,从深化校企合作、打造“双师型”师资队伍、全面推进现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制、加强劳动教育四个方面探讨了湖南高职院校培养“芙蓉工匠”的路径。

In order to vigorously support Hunan’s"three high and four new"strategy to provide more high-tech skilled talents,Hunan higher vocational colleges need to cultivate more"Hibiscus craftsmen".Based on the current situation of"Hibiscus craftsman"training in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges,taking the integration of production and education as the starting point,from deepening school-enterprise cooperation,building a"double-qualified"teaching staff,comprehensively promoting modern apprenticeships and new enterprise apprenticeships,and strengthening labor education,this paper discussed the path of cultivating"Hibiscus craftsmen"in Hunan higher vocational colleges.
