湖南省民营企业发展现状研究

Research on the Development Status of Private Enterprises in Hunan Province

民营企业已成为支撑国民经济的重要力量。湖南省民营经济活力较强,对经济增长贡献较大,且多集中于第三产业。湖南省民营企业百强规模稳步攀升,社会贡献持续加大,但投融资活跃度较低。目前,湖南省民营企业存在着抗风险能力差、管理和经营方式落后、人才匮乏、缺乏创新、融资难融资贵、产业布局不够合理等问题。应从构建新型政商关系,改善融资环境,强化创新意识与能力,培育企业家精神和企业文化等方面促进湖南省民营企业快速健康发展。

Private enterprises have become an important force to support the national economy.The private economy in Hunan Province has strong vitality and made great contribution to economic growth,while most of them are concentrated in the tertiary industry.The scale of top 100 private enterprises in Hunan Province is steadily rising,and the social contribution continues to increase,but the investment and financing activity is relatively low.At present,private enterprises in Hunan Province have some problems,such as poor ability to resist risks,backward management and operation mode,lack of talents,lack of innovation,difficult and expensive financing,and unreasonable industrial layout.Therefore,we should build a new relationship between government and business,improve the financing environment,strengthen the sense and ability of innovation,cultivate entrepreneurship and corporate culture to promote the rapid and healthy development of private enterprises in Hunan Province.
