基于BIM技术的房建工程造价全过程协同管理研究

Research on the Collaborative Management Based on BIM Technology in Housing Construction Project Cost of Whole Process

工程造价管理是建筑施工企业项目管理的重要内容之一,也是成本管理的重难点。基于BIM技术的全过程造价管理是传统建筑业成本管理的重大创新。以某房建项目工程为例,运用BIM技术对工程造价进行全过程协同管理,实践证明:BIM技术的应用可以极大优化工程设计,避免管线钢筋出现碰撞,提升工程施工质量,提高工程速度,极大节省工程施工周期,降低工程综合成本,实现提质增效。

Project cost management is not only one of the important contents of project management in construction enterprises,but also the key and difficult point of cost management.The whole process cost management based on BIM Technology is a major innovation of cost management in traditional construction industry.Taking a housing construction project as an example,the whole process collaborative management of the project cost is carried out by using BIM Technology.Practice has proved that the application of BIM Technology can greatly optimize the project design,avoid the collision of pipeline reinforcement,improve the project construction quality,improve the project speed,greatly save the project construction cycle,reduce the comprehensive cost of the project,and realize the improvement of quality and efficiency.
