摘要
钣金类零件滚压成形生产线中经滚压成形的零件,通常由人工控制切割机将零件从被连续滚压成形的料带上切割下来,被切割下的钣金零件的精度不能完全控制,自动化程度不高,生产效率低。在自动化生产线中引入一种钣金零件槽型断面的切断模具,通过对其凹模结构、凸模结构以及模架结构的设计分析,解决了槽型横断面的复杂型材钣金零件在自动化生产线中滚压成形后顺利从生产线上被切断下来的技术问题,并且在切断时生产线不停机,提高了钣金类零件滚压成形生产线的自动化程度与生产效率。
Through the design analysis on the die structure,punch structure and mold frame structure of the cutting die for channel cross section in the automated production line of sheet metal parts,the technical problem of the complicated profile sheet metal parts of the channel cross section being cut off from the production line after being rolled and formed is solved,then the automation level and production efficiency of the production line are greatly improved.
