铜管管壳式换热器制造要点

摘要 铜管管壳式换热器的管头与管板连接方式为强度胀接,由于换热管材质的原因,若要在制造过程中确保其有良好的密封性能,并满足压力泄漏试验要求,应先经过前期的试验模拟,并通过试验模拟取得的管头胀接的数据再进行后续生产,确保设备的生产制造质量。 The connection mode of the tube head and tube sheet of the copper tube shell and tube heat exchanger was the strength expansion joint. Due to the material of heat exchange tube, if it was necessary to ensure good sealing and meet the requirements of pressure leakage test in the manufacturing process, it shall be simulated in the early stage, and the expansion data of tube head obtained from the test simulation shall guide the subsequent production to ensure the production and manufacturing quality of the equipment.
