The Formation of the Ideology of the Sino-Korea Union in Early Twentieth Century

日俄战争胜利之后,日本通过《乙巳条约》将朝鲜变成其保护国,这对当时的朝鲜知识人产生了巨大影响,他们开始重新思考国家命运,探寻救国之路。经过理性地判断后,朝鲜知识人认为朝鲜最能够联合的国家是中国,只有中国富强,朝鲜才有可能独立。这一认识的形成构成了20世纪三四十年代中朝联合抗战的思想基础。与中国特殊的地缘关系、历史关系以及当时朝鲜的国内外局势等都是促成朝鲜知识人将中朝命运相结合的重要因素。

After Japan won the Japanese-Russian War,it forced Korea to sign the Pact《乙巳条约》,which turned Korea into Japan’s protectorate and brought a great impact on the Korean intellectuals.They began to rethink the fate of their country and explored their way to independence.They believed that it was China that most likely would unite with Korea.Only when China is independent could Korea gets its independence,which became the ideological basis of the Chinese-Korean joint anti-Japanese war in the 1930 s and 1940 s.The special geographical relationship with China,the historical relationship,the reality of Korea and the international situation at the time were all important factors that contributed to the integration of the fate of China and Korea by Korean intellectuals.
