两种增塑剂在NBR/PVC发泡材料中的应用研究

摘要 在相同配方体系下,研究了氯代棕榈油和氯化石蜡对丁腈橡胶/聚氯乙烯(NBR/PVC)橡塑发泡材料的影响。通过调整两种增塑剂在体系中的用量比,设计了4组实验,并对各组实验胶料的门尼黏度、硫化发泡特性以及发泡材料性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:两种增塑剂单独使用时,氯代棕榈油相比氯化石蜡增塑效果较好。4组实验中,随着氯代棕榈油用量的增加,混合胶料门尼黏度逐渐降低,硫化发泡匹配性逐渐变化,发泡材料密度先降低后升高,氧指数逐渐降低,烟密度逐渐升高。 The effects of chlorinated palm-oil and chlorinated paraffin on nitrile butadiene rubber/polyvinyl chloride(NBR/PVC)foaming materials were studied in the same formulation system.Four group of experiments were designed by adjusting the dosage ratio of the two plasticizers in the system,and the Mooney viscosity,vulcanization-foaming characteristics and foaming properties of four mixed rubber were compared and analyzed for each group of experimental rubber materials.The experimental results showed that when the two plasticizers were used alone,the plasticizing effect of chlorinated palm-oil was better than that of chlorinated paraffin.In the four groups of experiments,with the increase of the amount of chlorinated palm-oil,the Mooney viscosity of the mixed rubber gradually decreased,the vulcanization-foaming matching gradually changed,the density of the foaming material first decreased and then increased,the oxygen index gradually decreased,and the smoke density gradually increased.
