摘要
聚醚嵌段聚酰胺(俗称:Pebax)基薄膜纳米复合膜在CO_(2)捕获方面显示了巨大的应用价值,高性能的Pebax基薄膜可用于从工艺流程(含有CH_(4)、N_(2)和H_(2)的混合气)中捕获CO_(2)。Pebax对CO_(2)具有高的亲和力和强的机械性能,这主要归功于其灵活的聚醚段和具有一定机械强度的聚酰胺段。然而,纯Pebax薄膜受Trade-off效应的限制,为了突破Trade-off效应的限制,研究人员将无机和有机纳米填料加入Pebax基质中以提高Pebax基薄膜的分离性能。首先讨论了不同制备工艺和工艺参数下Pebax基薄膜的制备及性能。然后,综述了Pebax基复合薄膜的分离性能。最后,提出了提高膜性能的主要挑战和展望。
Polyether block polyamide(Pebax)-based thin film nanocomposite films show great application value in CO_(2) capture.High performance Pebax-based films can be used to capture CO_(2) from process flows containing CH_(4),N_(2) and H_(2) mixtures.Pebax has high affinity for CO_(2) and strong mechanical properties,which are mainly attributed to its flexible polyether segment and polyamide segment with certain mechanical strength.However,pure Pebax films are limited by the Trade off effect.In order to break through the limitation of Trade-off effect,inorganic and organic nano-fillers are added to the Pebax matrix to improve the separation performance of Pebax based films.In this paper,the preparation and properties of Pebax-based films under different preparation process and process parameters were discussed.Then,the separation properties of Pebax based composite films were reviewed.Finally,the main challenges and prospects for improving mem brane performance were presented.
