环氧树脂阻燃技术研究进展

摘要 环氧树脂力学性能优异且应用广泛,但是易燃的缺点限制了其应用领域,因此,环氧树脂阻燃技术是该领域的研究热点。将环氧树脂阻燃技术归纳为以下几类:卤系、磷系、碳系、硅系、纳米材料以及更加绿色环保的生物质阻燃技术,并且针对性地论述了这些阻燃技术的代表性研究成果,指出目前技术发展中存在的问题和发展方向。 As a highly versatile polymer material,the flammability of epoxy resin greatly limits its use in the field of high safety.Therefore,the development of epoxy resin flame retardant technology has always been a hot research topic in this field.Epoxy resin flame retardant technologies was classified into the following categories:halogen-based,phosphorus-based,carbon-based,silicon-based,nanomaterials-based,and more environmentally friendly biomass-based flame retardant technologies.In addition,some representative research results of these flame retardant technologies were briefly described,and the problems in the current technological development and the future directions were discussed.
