摘要
木塑复合材料作为一种新型的材料,由于具有易加工、强度高、可生物降解等特点,在建筑、汽车和家居装饰等领域得到广泛的应用。而其中的聚烯烃木塑复合材料将天然的植物纤维和聚烯烃材料复合,得到的聚烯烃木塑复合材料拥有两者的优势,能够取代木材和塑料,未来能够得到很好的应用。就聚烯烃木塑复合材料的优势和问题,综述了聚烯烃木塑复合材料的有关研究现状、界面作用机理以及各种界面改性的方法。
As a new type of material,wood-plastic composites have been widely used in the fields of construction,automobiles and home decoration due to their characteristics of easy processing,high strength and biodegradability.Among them,the polyolefin wood-plastic composite material combines natural plant fiber with polyolefin material,and the obtained polyolefin wood-plastic composite material has the advantages of both materials,thereby being able to replace wood and plastic and well applied in the future.On the advantages and problems of polyolefin wood-plastic composites,the research status,interfacial mechanism and various interface modification methods of polyolefin wood-plastic composites were reviewed.
