生物基PVC糊树脂在汽车内饰人造革中的应用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以传统石油基聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊树脂为参照体系,对生物基PVC糊树脂的基本性能进行测试和分析,并对其在汽车内饰人造革材料中的应用性能进行研究。实验结果表明,生物基PVC糊树脂的性能符合汽车内饰人造革制造原料的要求。用生物基PVC糊树脂制备的汽车内饰PVC工业膜的各项性能也与目前所用传统石油基PVC工业膜的性能基本一致。因此,可以使用生物基PVC糊树脂对传统石油基PVC糊树脂进行取代替换,实现汽车内饰人造革材料的制备与生产应用,从而极大地降低对石油资源的依赖,同时降低碳排放。 Taking the traditional petroleum based polyvinyl chloride(PVC)paste resin as the reference system,the basic properties of bio-based PVC paste resin were tested and analyzed,and studied its application properties in automotive interior artificial leather materials.The results shown that the properties of the paste resin met the requirements of raw materials for automobile interior artificial leather.The properties of PVC coating for automotive interior made of the paste resin were also basically consistent with those of traditional petroleum based PVC industrial film.Therefore,the paste resin can be used to replace the traditional petroleum based PVC paste resin to realize the preparation,production and application of automotive interior synthetic leather materials,so as to greatly reduce the dependence on petroleum resources and reduced carbon emissions.
