摘要
采用球磨辅助高温固相法制备了三元富锂层状正极材料Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2)。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪对材料的结构、形貌和热性能进行了表征。结果表明,最佳焙烧温度(800℃)下制备的样品在0.05C倍率时首次放电比容量为244.7mAh/g,库伦效率为67.6%。样品在0.1C、2C倍率的平均放电比容量分别为226.2mAh/g、96.5mAh/g;经过不同倍率循环后,在0.1C倍率的容量恢复率为98.7%;在0.5C倍率下循环50次后放电比容量为152.3mAh/g,容量保持率为86.4%,证明材料具有优异的电化学性能。
The material Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2)was prepared by ball milling assisted high temperature solid state method.The XRD spectrum showed that the target materials were obtained.The initial discharge specific capacity of the sample obtained at the optimum calcination temperature(800℃)could reach 244.7 mAh/g,and coulomb efficiency was 67.6%at 0.05 C rate.The discharge specific capacities of the sample were 226.2 mAh/g,96.5 mAh/g at different rate of 0.1 C,2 C.After cycling at different rates,the capacity recovery rate at 0.1 C rate was 98.7%.The discharge specific capacity was 152.3 mAh/g after 50 cycles at 0.5 C rate,tge capacity retention rate was 86.4%.This material showed excellent electrochemical properties.
