摘要
为了阐明聚丙烯(PP)熔喷非织造布工艺与性能的关系,以改性PP熔喷专用料为基材,通过优化工艺参数,研究了熔喷工艺对改性PP熔喷非织造布形貌特征、过滤效率、透气性、力学性能及孔隙结构的影响。结果表明,在最优工艺条件下制备的熔喷非织造布纤维分布均匀且直径小,过滤效率达98.76%,压降仅为36.2Pa,力学性能较好,手感柔软,平均孔径为15.9μm。
In order to clarify the relationship between the process and properties of polypropylene(PP)melt-blown nonwoven,the effect of the melt-blown process on the morphological characteristics,filtration efficiency,pressure drop,breathability,mechanical properties and pore structure of the modified nonwoven was investigated by optimizating process parameters.The results demonstrated that the nonwoven prepared at optimum process had uniform fiber distribution and small diameter.The filtration efficiency of the nonwoven was increased to 98.76%,and the pressure drop was only 36.2 Pa.Its mechanical properties were better,with soft feel and average pore size of 15.9μm.
