碳纤维复合材料专利分析

摘要 碳纤维复合材料具有比强度高、比模量高、密度小、强度高的优点,是新一代军民两用的复合材料,在航空航天、船舶等领域具有广泛应用,但相比国外发达国家,我国碳纤维复合材料的制备还有一定差距。通过分析碳纤维复合材料的专利申请趋势,梳理出碳纤维复合材料专利申请的地域分布和全球主要专利申请人,分析碳纤维复合材料优势企业和竞争对手,规避研发过程中潜在的专利侵权风险,避免产生专利纠纷;同时通过碳纤维复合材料专利分析,明确重点技术创新方向。 Carbon fiber composite materials have the advantages of high specific strength,high specific modulus,low density and high strength.It is a new generation of composite materials for both military and civilian purposes,which is widely used in aviation,aerospace,ships and other fields.Compared with developed countries,there are still some gaps in the preparation of carbon fiber composite materials.By analyzing the patent application trend of carbon fiber composite materials,this paper sorts out the geographical distribution of carbon fiber composite material patent applications and the main global patent applicants,analyzes carbon fiber composite materials predominant companies and competitors.Furthermore,it can help avert potential patent infringement risks in the research and development process,and avoid patents disputes.Additionally,the study clarifies the direction of key technological innovation through the patent analysis of carbon fiber composite materials.
