Research progress on fluorocarbon coating with FEVE

含氟乙烯与乙烯基醚的共聚物(FEVE)氟碳涂料具有优异的耐候性、耐沾污性、耐盐雾性能和较好的涂层体系配套性,在国内外重点工程中得到了广泛应用。综述了FEVE氟碳涂料的类型和相关产品标准。阐述了共混改性FEVE氟碳涂料、纳米改性FEVE氟碳涂料的研究现状。介绍了FEVE氟碳涂料在桥梁、建筑及新能源领域的应用进展,并对该类涂料的发展前景进行了展望。

Fluorocarbon coating with ethylene fluoride and vinyl ether(FEVE)has excellent weather resistance,stain resistance,salt spray resistance and good compatibility of coating system.It has been widely used in key projects at home and abroad.The types of FEVE fluorocarbon coatings and related product standards were reviewed.The research status of blended modified FEVE fluorocarbon coatings and nano-modified FEVE fluorocarbon coatings were described.The application progress of the fluorocarbon coatings in bridge,construction and new energy fields was introduced,and prospected the development prospect of such coatings.
