摘要
碲化铜纳米材料因其较低的热导率和良好的热电性能,在太阳能电池、催化剂和生物传感器等领域有着广泛的应用前景。总结了制备碲化铜纳米材料的几种常用方法。阐述了这几种方法制备碲化铜的优缺点。并对碲化铜纳米材料在实际生产中的应用情况进行了具体分析。最后对碲化铜纳米材料制备及应用的未来发展前景进行了展望。
Copper telluride(CuTe)nanomaterials have broad application prospects in the fields of solar cells,catalysts and biosensors due to their low thermal conductivity and excellent thermoelectric properties.Several common methods of preparing CuTe nanomaterials were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods for the preparation of CuTe were described.The application of CuTe nanomaterials in the actual production was also analyzed in detail.Finally,the future development prospects of the preparation and application of CuTe nanomaterials were prospected.
