摘要
硫化锌是一种重要的Ⅱ—Ⅵ族化合物半导体材料,其带隙宽度大、电子迁移率高,并且化学稳定性好,在场致发射、光催化、传感器、生物医学等领域具有广泛的应用。如何制备粒径可控、分布均匀、性能优异以及稳定性高的硫化锌纳米材料是当前研究的热点之一。综述了纳米硫化锌的制备方法,对物理、化学、物理化学以及生物合成法的优缺点进行比较,阐述了硫化锌纳米材料的特性及其在各个领域的应用现状,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Zinc sulfide(ZnS)isⅡ—Ⅵcompound semiconductor with direct wide band gap,high electron mobility and high chemical stability,which has been widely used in many fields,such as field emission,photocatalysis,sensors and biomedicine.It is the focus of current research to prepare ZnS nanomaterials or doping zinc sulfide with controllable particle size,evenly distribution,excellent performance and high stability.The main preparations of ZnS were reviewed and compared the characteristics of physical,chemical,physical-chemical and biological synthesis methods.The characteristics and applications of ZnS in various fields were also expounded.Finally,the development prospects of ZnS were prospected.
