脉冲激光剥除碳纤维增强复合材料质量研究

摘要 为了考察脉冲激光对碳纤维增强复合材料的剥除作用,对激光剥除表面和人工打磨去除表面进行了粗糙度测试和显微观察,采用红外光谱分析仪对激光剥除前后复合材料表面进行了成分分析,并将激光剥除与人工打磨去除试样的相关力学性能进行了对比。结果表明:人工打磨去除试样的表面粗糙度是激光剥除的2.32倍,激光剥除对基材损伤较小;激光剥除过程中,产生的热效应使材料发生后固化,并且也会发生一定程度的热老化效应;激光剥除试样的拉伸强度比人工打磨去除的提高了13.8%;由于激光在去除损伤部位的同时还能起到表面处理的作用,因此经激光剥除后的胶接界面性能会得以提升,从而提高了修理件的压缩性能。 In order to study pulse laser cleaning effect on carbon fiber reinforced bismaleimide composite materials,roughness testing and microscopic observation were carried out on surfaces after the pulse laser cleaning and manual grinding.The chemical construction of sample surfaces,before and after laser cleaning,were analyzed by FT-IR.The tensile and compression mechanical properties of samples cleaned by two removal methods were compared.The results showed that the surface roughness of the samples cleaned by manual grinding was 2.32 times that by laser cleaning.Laser cleaning damaged basematerialless than manual grinder and some degree of thermal-oxidative aging occurred on bismaleimide resin after laser cleaning.The tensile strength of the samples cleaned by laser was 13.8%higher than that by manual grinding.Because laser cleaning not only removed damaged parts but also played a role in surface treatment,it improved the property of bonding interface,which enhanced the compression performance of repaired samples.
