摘要
以液态成型聚酰亚胺树脂和碳纤维平纹织物为原料,制备了聚酰亚胺/碳纤维复合材料,研究了定型剂含量对基体树脂黏度、耐热性以及复合材料耐热性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着定型剂含量的增加,基体树脂的黏度降低,玻璃化转变温度轻微下降;随着定型剂含量的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度下降,经向层间剪切强度和纬向层间剪切强度先增加后降低,且对经向层间剪切强度影响较大,经向弯曲强度和弯曲模量总体增加,纬向弯曲强度和弯曲模量先增加后趋于稳定。综合考虑树脂流动性和耐热性、碳纤维织物定型效果和铺贴工艺性以及复合材料的层间剪切强度和弯曲性能,采用质量分数15%的定型剂制备液态成型聚酰亚胺复合材料最合适。
The polyimide(PI)/carbon fiber(CF)composite was made from liquid formed PI resin and CF flat fabric,and studied the influence of the setting agent content on the viscosity,heat resistance and mechanical properties of matrix resin.The results showed that the viscosity of the matrix resin decreased,the fluidity improved and the glass transition temperature decreased slightly.With the increase of the setting agent content,the interlaminar shear strength and latitudinal shear strength of the composite first increased and then decreased,and the shear strength of the warp bending strength and bending modulus increased overall,and the latitudinal bending strength and bending modulus increased first and then stabilized.The liquid formed PI composites were best prepared with 15%the setting agent,considering the resin mobility and heat resistance,the interlayer shear strength and bending properties of the composite.
