摘要
研制了一种相变温度为-26℃的低温复合相变蓄冷材料,该材料以氯化钾为主储能剂,以氯化铵为降温剂,讨论了氯化钾含量、降温剂类别以及降温剂含量对材料相变温度、相变潜热的影响。结果表明:当氯化钾质量含量为20%,降温剂氯化铵质量含量为3%时,得到的复合相变材料综合性能最佳,相变温度为-26℃,相变潜热为215J/g,过冷度为0.75℃。将制备的材料作为蓄冷剂用在保温箱中可使箱体底部空气保持在-20℃以下2925min。并对同一保温箱进行传热计算,将计算结果与试验数据进行了比较,两者数值偏差小于3%。
A low-temperature composite phase change material(PCM)with phase change temperature of-26℃was prepared,which was consist of potassium chloride(KCl)as the main energy storage agent,ammonium chloride(NH_(4)Cl)as the cooling agent.The effects of KCl content,the type and the content of the cooling agent on the phase transformation temperature and latent heat of the material were discussed.The experimental results shown that the composite PCM consists of 20wt%KCl and 3wt%NH_(4)Cl had the best performance,for which the phase change temperature,tatent heat and supercooling were-26℃,215J/g and 0.75℃respectively.When the PCM was used in a container,air at the bottom of container can be kept below-20℃for 2925min.The heat transfer of the container was calculated and compared with the experimental result,shown that the numerical deviation between the calculated and the experimental results was less than 3%.
