高固相聚合物基炸药的流变性测试方法研究

摘要 为了解决高固含药浆流变性测试的难题,采用毛细管流变仪,开展了模心尺寸对炸药药浆适应性的研究。结果表明:当模心尺寸是Φ14.98mm×16mm,内孔直径4mm,口模上端倒角是120°,压力传感器等级是5000PSI时,能够测试获得高固含炸药稳定的黏度数据。 In order to solve the problem of rheological test of high-solid polymer-based explosive(PBX),a capillary rheometer was used to study the adaptability of the mold core size to PBX.The results shown that when the die core size wasΦ14.98 mm×16 mm,the inner hole diameter was 4 mm,the chamfer at the upper end of the die was 120°,and the pressure sensor grade was 5000 PSI,the stable viscosity of PBX was obtained.
