摘要
采用湿法纤维缠绕工艺制备不同参数的玻璃纤维缠绕筒体,研究了缠绕张力对不同内衬管径和缠绕角度不同的缠绕筒体树脂含量及力学性能的影响。结果表明:缠绕张力与缠绕筒体树脂含量呈现出单调递减的趋势;缠绕张力相同条件下,随着内衬管径增加、缠绕角度减小,缠绕筒体的树脂含量逐渐增加;环向缠绕的试样有着更加稳定的能量吸收特性;缠绕张力对NOL环拉伸强度的影响规律呈现出二次曲线关系,当缠绕张力达到80N时,NOL环拉伸强度达到最大值;缠绕张力相同条件下,随着内衬管径、缠绕角度的增加,缠绕结构NOL环拉伸强度逐渐增加。
The wet filament winding process was used to prepare the glass fiber winding tubes with different parameters,and the effect of winding tension on the resin content and mechanical properties of winding tubes with different lining diameters and winding angles was studied.The conclusions were as follows:the winding tension had a monotonically decreasing relationship with the resin content of the winding structure.Under the same winding tension,with the increase of lining diameter and the decrease of winding angle,the resin content of the winding structure increased gradually,circumferentially winding specimens had more stable energy absorption characteristics.The influence of winding tension on the tensile strength of NOL ring shown a quadratic curve relationship,when the winding tension reached 80 N,the tensile strength of NOL ring reached the maximum.Under the same winding tension,with the increase of lining pipe diameter and winding angle,the tensile strength of the NOL ring of the winding structure increased gradually.
