摘要
氧还原反应(ORR)催化剂在燃料电池中起着重要的作用,而目前开发低成本、高活性的新型催化剂仍然是一个巨大的挑战。该工作利用双沸石咪唑框架(ZIF)前驱体合成了一种含有碳纳米管和钴纳米颗粒的海绵状钴/氮共掺杂多孔碳(Co@CNTs)。Co@CNTs催化剂表现出良好的电催化活性,起始电位E_(onset)为0.96V,半波电位为E_(1/2)为0.88V。归结其原因可能是表面富含碳纳米管和钴纳米粒子的碳骨架海绵结构加速了ORR的进行,进而表现出一种类似于Pt/C的四电子途径。
Catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)play an important role in fuel cells.Developing the novel catalyst with high activity at low-cost remains a great challenge.A double zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIF)precursor was used to synthesize a sponge-like cobalt/nitrogen co-doped porous carbon embedded with carbon nanotubes(named Co@CNTs).The resulting Co@CNTs catalyst exhibited good electroactivity(onset and half-wave potentials:E_(onset)=0.96Vand E_(1/2)=0.88V,respectively).The unique sponge structure of carbon frameworks,which was rich in carbon nanotubes and cobalt nanoparticles on the surface,was confirmed to accelerate ORR through a fourelectron pathway similar to Pt/C.
