火焰合成法制备碳纳米管的碳源及基板选择

摘要 为进行火焰合成法可控批量制备碳纳米管的开发研究,以304不锈钢和DT4E纯铁2种材质作为取样基板,采用一氧化碳、乙烯、乙炔气体作为火焰法制备碳纳米管的碳源,通过扫描电子显微镜、高分辨率透射电子显微镜和拉曼光谱仪对不同基板、碳源合成的产物进行表征。结果表明,采用304不锈钢基板且碳源为乙烯时,得到的碳纳米管生成量多、形态好。 In order to carry out the technical development and research on the controllable batch preparation of carbon nanotubes,304 stainless steel and DT4 Epure Fe were used as the sampling substrate,by carbon monoxide,ethylene and acetylene as the carbon source for the flame method to prepare carbon nanotubes.Characterization and analysis of carbon nanotubes synthesized by different substrates and carbon sources by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The results shown that when 304 stainless steel substrate was used and the carbon source was ethylene,the obtained carbon nanotubes had a large amount of production and good morphology.
