1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯对固体推进剂性能影响的研究进展

摘要 从1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)的晶体结构和性能出发,系统综述了FOX-7对固体推进剂能量特性、燃烧性能、力学性能、感度和流动性的影响。FOX-7应用于固体推进剂,在降低体系感度和改善力学性能方面有显著效果,但是存在能量偏低,点火时间延迟、点火难的问题。为了平衡固体推进剂应用中提高能量和降低感度之间的矛盾,未来需深入研究晶型转变和FOX-7与推进剂成分的作用机理,探索FOX-7的晶型、形貌控制技术,加强共晶/混晶及其衍生物在固体推进剂中的应用,为高能钝感推进剂的发展提供技术支持。 Based on the crystal structure and properties of 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene(FOX-7),the effects of FOX-7 on the energy properties,combustion properties,mechanical properties,sensitivity and fluidity of solid propellant were systematically reviewed.FOX-7 can be used in solid propellant to reduce the sensitivity of the system and improve the mechanical properties,but there are some problems such as low energy,delayed ignition time and difficult ignition.In order to balance the contradiction between improving energy and reducing sensitivity in propellant application,it is necessary to study the crystal transformation and the interaction mechanism between FOX-7 and propellant composition,explore the crystal form and morphology control technology of FOX-7,and strengthen the application of eutectic/mixed crystal and its derivatives in solid propellant,so as to provide technical support for the development of high energy insensitive propellant.
