摘要
碲化镉(CdTe)作为一种Ⅱ—Ⅵ族半导体材料,具有量子尺寸效应、小尺寸效应、量子限域效应等特性,且通过光照可引起CdTe电导率的变化,因此CdTe可广泛应用于光电导型探测器以及光伏太阳能电池等领域。CdTe纳米线以优异的半导体特性,在太阳能电池、发光器件和光电探测器中表现出突出的应用价值,其中核-壳结构的CdTe太阳能电池在光伏太阳能电池领域有着广阔的应用前景。总结了CdTe纳米线的合成方法,分析了不同合成方法的优缺点并对其未来发展前景进行了展望。
Cadmium telluride(CdTe),as a kind ofⅡ—Ⅵsemiconductor material,has the characteristics of quantum size effect,small size effect,quantum confinement effect,etc.The conductivity of CdTe can also be changed through the illumination,as a result CdTe can be widely used in photoconductive detection and photovoltaic solar cell.CdTe has shown the outstanding application value in the fields of solar cells,photoelectric detection and biology due to its excellent semiconductor properties.Among them,the core-shell structure of CdTe solar cells has a more prominent application value in the field of photovoltaic solar cells.The synthetic methods of CdTe nanowires were mainly summarized,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of those.The future development of CdTe nanowire was also prospected.
