三聚氰胺硬质泡沫是一种以三聚氰胺为主要成分的新型闭孔泡沫塑料,具有优异的阻燃性和热稳定性。在不添加阻燃剂的条件下,三聚氰胺硬质泡沫阻燃等级可达GB 8624—2012B1,氧指数≥39%,600s产烟量为136m2、导热系数≤0.030W/(m·K)、体积吸水率≤1.4%,可加工性能良好。介绍了三聚氰胺硬质泡沫的基本性能以及在建筑保温、管道设备、车辆舰船以及新能源领域的应用。

Melamine rigid foam is a new kind of closed-cell foam with melamine as the main ingredients,which is featured by excellent properties of flame retardance and thermal stability.The flame retardant grade can reach up to GB 8624—2012 B1,limiting oxygen index≥39%,total suspended particulate in 600 seconds=136 m2,thermal conductivity≤0.030 W/(m·K),water absorption≤1.4%without other flame retardants.Because of good processing performance and other properties,melamine rigid foam is applied to building insulation,pipe insulation,vehicles and renewable energy sources.
