摘要
以浮石为原料,采用水热合成法与氧化铝及碳酸钠反应制得改性吸附材料,利用扫描电镜和傅里叶红外吸收光谱对浮石及改性材料进行表征。研究了改性材料对酸性品红溶液的脱色效果,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间和温度等因素对吸附脱色率的影响。结果表明:在25℃,吸附材料投入量为4g/L,吸附平衡时间2h,对1000mg/L酸性品红染料的吸附去除率高达98.13%,吸附量达到245.32mg/g。热力学参数计算结果表明,吸附是一个自发的吸热过程。吸附材料对酸性品红的吸附过程较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温方程。动力学行为更符合准二级反应动力学模型。
The adsorbent was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis of alumina and sodium carbonate using pumice as the original material.The raw pumice and the modified pumice were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectra.Decoloration of the wastewater containing acid fuchsine was studied using the modified pumice as adsorbent.The effects of adsorbent dosage,contact time and temperature were investigated.The results showed that the removal efficiency of acid fuchsine by the adsorbent could reach up to 98.13%and the adsorption capacity was 245.32 mg/g when adsorbent dosage was 4 g/L,adsorption time was 120 min and temperature was 25℃for the initial concentration of 1000 mg/L.Analysis of adsorption results showed that the adsorption isotherm could be well fitted to the Langmuir model and the adsorption kinetics was in good agreement with the pseudo second-order equation.Thermodynamic parameters were also determined,and it was found that the adsorption process should be spontaneous and endothermic in nature.
