摘要
利用溶剂热法成功制备了CoxNi1-xFe2O4-Fe2O3/石墨烯复合材料(x=0.4、0.6、0.7)。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电镜对复合样品的成分、结构和形貌进行了表征。气敏测试结果表明,基于Co0.6Ni0.4Fe2O4-Fe2O3/石墨烯复合材料气敏元件对丙酮展示了最优异的气敏性能,如:高的气敏响应值,低的工作温度和好的选择性。该复合材料在240℃最佳工作温度下对丙酮的气敏响应值可达27.1。这种气敏增强的原因在于石墨烯的加入增加了材料的比表面积,以及Co0.6Ni0.4Fe2O4-Fe2O3/和石墨烯之间的相互作用。
CoxNi1-x Fe2O4-Fe2O3/GR composites(x=0.4,0.6,0.7)were successfully synthesized by a solvothermal method.The composition,structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The results indicated that the sensor based on Co0.6Ni0.4Fe2O4-Fe2O3/GR had the more excellent gas-sensing performances to acetone,such as higher response,lower operating temperature and better selectivity.Its response value could reach 27.1to 100×10-6 acetone at optimal working temperature of 240℃.The enhanced gas sensing properties of sensor based on Co0.6Ni0.4Fe2O4-Fe2O3/GR to acetone could be attributed to the addition of GR increasing of its specific surface area,and the coupling effect between Co0.6Ni0.4Fe2O4-Fe2O3and graphene.
