磁性氧化石墨烯-凹凸棒石复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用溶剂热法制备了一种新型磁性氧化石墨烯-凹凸棒石(GO-ATP)复合材料,并对其吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)废水的性能进行了研究。探讨了吸附时间、溶液pH、染料初始浓度和吸附剂投加量对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:当MB溶液浓度为10mg/L,pH为7,吸附时间达60min,投加0.03g磁性GO-ATP复合材料,对MB的去除效率可达98.64%。通过吸附动力学和等温线的拟合,发现磁性GO-ATP复合材料对MB的吸附过程属于均质表面的单分子层化学吸附。同时,吸附过程为吸热、自发反应过程。利用后的磁性GO-ATP复合材料可通过磁铁高效分离回收,可回收率达98.67%。经吸附-再生3次后,MB去除率仍可达到90.41%。 A novel magnetic GO-ATP composite was prepared by a solvothermal method,and the adsorption performance of methylene blue in wastewater was studied.The effects of adsorption time,pH of solution,initial concentration of dye and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption were investigated.The results showed that when the concentration of MB solution was 10 mg/L,the pH value was 7,the adsorption time was 60 min and the magnetic GOATP dosage was 0.03 g,the removal efficiency could reach 98.64%.It was found that the adsorption process of the composite material on MB belonged to a monolayer chemical adsorption process on homogeneous surface,through the fitting of sorption kinetics and isotherm models.Meanwhile,the adsorption process was an endotstudied hermic and spontaneous reaction process.The utilized magnetic GO-ATP could be efficiently separated and recovered by a magnet,and the recoverable rate was 98.67%.The removal rate for MB could still reach 90.41%after three adsorptionregeneration cycles.
