双氨基扩链型水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的合成 被引量:4

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二元醇(PPG)、2,2二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料合成了聚氨酯预聚体,通过N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH792)对聚氨酯预聚体进行双氨基扩链,之后中和乳化合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶黏剂。采用红外光谱对加KH792与未加KH792的水性聚氨酯结构进行表征,测试了加入不同量KH792的乳液流变、乳液粒径以及胶膜的吸水率和力学性能,采用热失重对乳胶膜的耐热性能进行分析。结果表明:随着KH792加入量增加,制得的水性聚氨酯乳液凝胶温度先增加后减小,乳液粒径变大,胶膜的吸水率降低;KH792用量为3%(wt,质量分数)条件下制得的水性聚氨酯胶膜的拉伸强度最高达到16.6MPa,断裂伸长率为490%,失重5%条件下分解温度达到268℃。 A polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polypropylene glycol(PPG),2,2 dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)etc.as raw materials.Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was synthesized by neutralizing and emulsifying the polyurethane prepolymer that was double-amino chain expanded using N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane(KH792).The WPU structure of adding KH792 and not adding KH792 were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The rheological properties of the emulsion with different amounts of KH792,the particle sizes of the emulsion,the water absorption and mechanical properties of the films were tested.The heat resistance of the latex films were analyzed by thermogravimetry.The results showed that the gel temperature of the emulsion by increasing the amount of KH792 was increased first and then decreased,the particle sizes of the emulsion became larger,and the water absorption of the films were decreased.The the highest tensile strength of latex film adding 3 wt%KH792 was up to 16.6 MPa,the elongation was 490%,and the decomposition temperature reached268℃when the weight loss was 5%.
