摘要
采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了铈(Ce)掺杂纳米氧化锌(ZnO)(Zn1-xCexO)可见光光催化剂,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)和综合热分析(TG-DSC)对样品的结构、形貌、光催化性能等进行了分析表征。结果表明:所得样品为具有纤锌矿结构的Zn1-xCexO纯相,平均粒径50nm;在Ce3+掺入量为x=0.010mol条件下,光催化降解甲基橙的效率为90.69%,降解甲基橙的速率常数为0.1223/min;点火温度和保温时间对光催化效率有较大影响,在点火温度为500℃、保温时间为5min条件下,光催化效率最高;循环使用5次后降解效率为74.31%,具有良好的再生性能。
The visible photocatalyst Ce3+doped nano ZnO(Zn1-xCexO)was synthesized by gel-combustion method,and the crystal structure,morphology and photocatalytic performance of Zn1-xCexO was characterized by phase analysis of X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC)etc.The results showed that the synthesized Zn1-xCexO sample had wurtzite structure with the average size of 50 nm.And the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange was 90.69%,when the doping amount of Ce3+was x=0.010 mol,and the degradation rate constant of methyl orange was 0.1223/min.The ignition temperature and holding time light had a great influence on the catalytic efficiency,when the ignition temperature was 500℃and the holding time was 5 min,the photocatalytic efficiency was highest.The Zn0.990Ce0.010O photocatalyst had good regeneration performance,and its degradation efficiency was 74.31%after cycle used for five times.
