摘要
氧化锌的形貌是影响其光催化活性的重要因素。采用溶剂热法首次制得片状多孔纳米氧化锌。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM),X射线衍射(XRD)和Zeta电位对制备的样品进行了表征分析。并以罗丹明B为模型分子,考察了样品的光催化性能。讨论了实验条件对片状多孔结构的影响和片状多孔纳米氧化锌的光催化活性。研究结果表明:片状多孔纳米氧化锌在紫外-可见光条件下具有较高的光催化活性和稳定性,照射2h对罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到95.6%。片状多孔纳米氧化锌的Zeta电位为-15.43eV。
The morphology of zinc oxide is an important factor affecting its photocatalytic activity.The sheet-like nanoporous ZnO was prepared for the first time by solvothermal method.The prepared samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and zeta potential.The photocatalytic properties of the samples were investigated with rhodamine B as the model molecule.The effects of experimental conditions on the sheet-like nanoporous structure and the photocatalytic activity of the ZnO were discussed.The results shown that the nanomaterial had high photocatalytic activity and stability under UV-visible light,and the degradation rate of rhodamine B solution can reach 95.6%after 2 hirradiation.The zeta potential of the sample was-15.43 eV.
