漆酶催化棉织物表面多巴胺和Bis-AP-AF共聚及疏水性能研究

摘要 利用漆酶催化多巴胺(DA)与2,2-双(3-氨基,4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(Bis-AP-AF),发生共聚,并沉积于棉织物表面。利用聚多巴胺的超强粘附性在织物表面固定共聚物涂层,而共聚物中的含氟基团赋予改性织物疏水性能。ATR-FTIR结果表明,棉织物上成功固定了DA/Bis-AP-AF共聚物;EDS结果表明,DA/Bis-AP-AF改性棉织物上的N元素含量和F元素含量增加;水接触角测试结果表明,经DA单独处理后的织物无疏水性,而DA/Bis-AP-AF改性棉织物在水滴接触时间3min时接触角为104°,表现出良好的疏水性能。 Hydrophobic cotton fabric was prepared via copolymerization of dopamine(DA)and 2,2-Bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane(Bis-AP-AF)by laccase.The copolymer coating was fixed on the surface of the fabric via the super adhesion performance of polydopamine,and the hydrophobic property of the modified fabric was obtained from the fluorine-containing group in the copolymer.ATR-FTIR results showed that DA/Bis-AP-AF copolymer was successfully fixed onto cotton fabrics.EDS analysis showed that the content of N and F in modified cotton fabric with DA/Bis-AP-AF was increased.The results of water contact angle test showed that the modified cotton with DA was not hydrophobic,and the modified cotton with DA/Bis-AP-AF was hydrophobic.When the water droplet contact time was 3 min,contact angle of the modified cotton with DA/Bis-AP-AF was 104°.
