解码耐切割树脂在丁腈橡胶中的正确应用

摘要 对一种耐切割双环戊二烯酚型树脂(KPE-F6115)进行结构表征,研究了其在丁腈橡胶中的应用。结果表明:应用环保新型硫化剂N,N′-二硫代二己内酰胺(DTDC)为主构建的硫化体系,可采用两种混炼工艺,普通混炼工艺为先加入耐切割树脂,促进剂NS/DM与丁腈橡胶共混,硫化胶拉伸强度高,新型混炼工艺为在120℃下先加入耐切割树脂,促进剂H与丁腈橡胶共混,硫化胶耐磨性更好。 The structure of a kind of dicyclopentadiene phenol resin(KPE-F6115)was characterized and its application in NBR was studied.The results showed that the vulcanization system mainly consisted of DTDC,a new environmental friendly vulcanizing agent.The vulcanizate had high tensile strength when cutting resistant resin was first added into the ordinary mixing process and NS/DM was blended with NBR.In the new mixing process,cutting resistant resin was first added at 120℃,accelerator H was blended with NBR,and the wear resistance of vulcanizate was better.
