聚(脲-氨酯)热致自修复、再加工及形状记忆性能研究

摘要 以聚乙二醇、N,N′-二叔丁基乙二胺、己二异氰酸酯为原料,丙三醇为交联剂,制备了聚(脲-氨酯)材料。研究了分子内受阻脲与氨基甲酸酯基团间比例,以及交联剂用量对聚(脲-氨酯)热致自修复性能、再加工性能及形状记忆性能的影响。研究结果表明,当受阻脲与氨基甲酸酯基团摩尔比低于4∶4时,聚(脲-氨酯)不具有自修复性能;受阻脲与氨基甲酸酯基团间比例与交联剂用量这两个反应参数相比较,前者对聚(脲-氨酯)的上述3种性能的影响更显著。当受阻脲与氨基甲酸酯基团摩尔比为6∶4,丙三醇与聚乙二醇羟基摩尔比为1∶1时,聚(脲-氨酯)的上述3个性能综合表现最好,自修复样品的拉伸强度为原样品的50.03%,再加工样品拉伸强度为原样品79.98%,形状记忆效应中形状固定率与形状回复率均为100%。 Poly(urea-urethane)was synthesized by polyethylene glycol,N,N′-di-tert-butylethylenediamine and hexamethylene diisocyanate as raw materials and glycerol as crosslinking agent.The effect of the ratio of intramolecular hindered urea to carbamate groups and effect of the amount of crosslinking agent on the thermal-triggered self-healing,reprocessing and shape memory properties of poly(urea-urethane)were studied.The results shown that when the molar ratio of hindered urea to carbamate group was less than 4∶4,poly(urea-urethane)had no self-healing property.Comparing the reaction parameters of the ratio between hindered urea and carbamate groups and the amount of crosslinking agent,the former had more significant influence on the three properties of poly(urea-urethane).When the molar ratio of hindered urea to carbamate group was 6∶4 and the molar ratio of glycerol hydroxyl to polyethylene glycol hydroxyl was 1∶1,poly(urea-urethane)had the best comprehensive performance The tensile strength of self-healing sample was 50.03%of that of the original sample,and the tensile strength of reprocessing sample was 79.98%of that of the original sample.The shape fixed rate and shape recovered rate in shape memory property all were 100%.
