摘要
近几年,在半导体市场中太阳能电池产量持续增长的推动下,多晶硅生产能力不断扩大,产量逐年增加,多晶硅类项目是一种新型的能源产业。以笔者自身参与的1500 t/a多晶硅项目为依据,结合参与的多次1500 t/a多晶硅项目现场施工和开车整改情况,阐述了1500 t/a系列多晶硅项目工艺说明、设备布置的原则和特点,并举例说明管道设计的一般要求和注意事项,以便在同类项目设计中借鉴和参考,达到节省人力,提高效率、降低成本的目的。
In recent years,driven by continuous growthin solar cell production and semiconductor market,polysilicon production capacity is being increased continually and the production output is increased by years,polysiliconhas been a new energy industry.In this article,based on the engineering of 1 500 t/a Stock in which the author took part personally,and referring site construction and rectification after start-up ofseveral 1 500 t/a Polysilicon Project the author also participated,the process explanation,the philosophy of equipment layout are expounded.The general requirements and special items in the piping engineering in 1 500 t/a series Polysiliconproject were described,which may be referenced in the similar projects so as to save manpower,improve efficiency,and save cost.
