摘要
利用SYSPIPE和ANSYS软件对小支管添加加固件进行了数值模拟研究,通过建立有限元计算模型,对小支管和加固件结构强度进行了研究,分析了加固件面对小支管出现裂纹情况,防止渗漏量加大的作用。结果表明:特殊时期小支管发生微小渗漏,可以通过添加加固件的技术手段,在不影响系统正常运行的条件下,可以有效防止小支管裂纹进一步扩大的风险,为小支管的结构改进和优化提供了理论依据。
By using software of SYSPIPE and ANSYS,in this article,numerical simulation for the reinforcement for small branch nozzle was performed.With finite element model the structural strength of the reinforcement was studied,in which the occurrence of crack appeared in the joint of reinforcement and the branch nozzle so that the leakage increased was analyzed.The result was shown that with the technique of increasing reinforcement can efficiently prevent crack expansion,thus the theoretical basis was provided for the improvement and optimization of the structure of reinforcing small branch nozzle.
