摘要 氨增压机滑阀大幅度波动及加减载严重滞后、灵敏度下降,导致氨增压机系统紊乱、氨闪蒸罐介质压力波动和冷氨产品泵损坏。针对滑阀波动故障特点,结合滑阀控制原理及部件损坏情况,排除了滑阀控制阀组件故障、滑阀电位器故障及滑阀卡涩对该事故的影响,确认滑阀活塞密封件泄漏是造成氨增压机滑阀波动、加减载滞后的根本原因。在操作上采取改变热旁路设置点、用角阀控制机组负荷,缓解了滑阀波动对系统造成的影响。对滑阀油缸进行检修,更换活塞密封环及支撑环,使故障得以消除。 The occurrence of great fluctuation of sliding valve in ammonia booster compressor resulted in serious delay of loading and unloading and reduced sensitivity,which further made ammonia booster compressor system disorder,fluctuating pressure in ammonia flash tank and the damage of cold ammonia pump.Taking into the characteristics in fluctuation fault of the sliding valve,and combined with control principle of sliding valve and damages occurred in the parts,faults of control components and potential device in sliding valve and the influences of jam occurred in valve were removed.It was identified that the leakage in piston sealing components was the main cause to make the sliding valve fluctuating and loading and unloading delay.Thus with the methods of changing the set points for hot bypass in operation and using angle valve to control the load in machine set,the influence of sliding valve fluctuation to the system was relieved.The oil cylinder for the sliding valve was repaired,and the piston ring and supporting ring were changed,so that the fault was removed.
