锆复合板转化釜焊接技术

摘要 介绍了锆复合板设备转化釜设备结构、技术特征和主要功能,同时对设备主体材料中锆材的物理性能、力学性能以及化学成分进行介绍。根据设备材料特性和制造要求、焊接工艺评定要求对设备制造环境、主焊缝焊接结构及焊接过程、热处理等关键工艺过程进行详细阐述,顺利完成设备生产制造任务。根据对锆复合材料提供的技术支持和制造经验完成后续多项多台锆复合材料醋酸设备的生产制造。 In this paper,the structure,technical features and main functions of converter made of zirconium composite plate were introduced.At the same time,the physical and mechanical properties as well as chemical compositions of zirconium in this plate were also introduced.Based on the material features,specifications in fabrication and requirements for welding procedure qualification,the manufacture environment and key fabrication processes,such as welding structure and welding procedure for main welds and heat treatment,were specified and described,with which the manufacture of this equipment has been smoothly completed.Then several equipments made of zirconium composite plate,which are used in acetic acid unit,had been manufactured based on the technical support and fabrication experiences.
