高校实验室网格化安全管理模式探索

Research on the Grid Safety Management Mode of University Laboratory

将网格化管理理论引入高校实验室安全管理中,并形成相应的网格化安全管理流程,有助于提升高校实验室的安全管理水平。文章以福建省某高校为例,介绍了该校通过划分风险防范单元网格、组建网格管理团队、构建管理信息化平台、完善保障机制等方式,进行实验室网格化安全管理的具体实践,以期为高校实验室安全管理提供新思路。

Introducing the grid management theory into the safety management of university laboratories and forming the grid safety management steps of college laboratories,is helpful to improve the level of laboratory safety management.Taking an university in Fujian Province as an example,this paper introduces the practice of laboratory grid safety management by dividing the grid of risk prevention units,forming a grid management team,building an information management platform,and improving a guarantee mechanism.It is hoped to provide a new way for the safety management of university laboratory.
