摘要 地方工科高校在办学过程中存在专业设置及人才培养生态与产业实际需求脱节的情况。南京工业大学坚持面向国民经济和社会发展的实际需要,优化专业设置,将新工科理念融入教育教学全过程,健全实践育人体系,有力地提高了学生的创新意识和创业能力。学校推动科研与教学紧密结合,把科研势能转化为育人动能,推进校企协同、产教融合,与行业企业共建协同育人平台。学生的综合素质和“双创”能力得到了显著提高。相关实践经验可供同类型高校借鉴。 In the process of running a school,local engineering colleges and universities objectively exist the situation that the professional setting and the talent cultivation ecology are out of touch with the actual needs of the industry.Nanjing Tech University adheres to face the actual needs of national economic and social development,optimizes the professional setting,integrates the new engineering concepts into the whole process of education and teaching,and improves the construction of the practical education system,which has effectively improved the students’innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.The school promotes the close integration of scientific research and teaching,and transforms the potential of scientific research into kinetic energy for educating people,and promotes school-enterprise collaboration,industry-education integration,and builds a collaborative education platform with industry companies.Significant progress has been made in students’comprehensive quality and double-creation ability.Related practices can provide reference for universities of the same type.
