材料电化学工程学科交叉人才培养的问题及应对

摘要 电化学工程与材料科学的交叉催生了材料电化学这一新兴学科。材料工程人才的培养必须适应学科交叉带来的新变化。文章总结了材料电化学工程学科交叉人才培养目前存在的问题,包括材料人才培养不适应行业交叉融合、材料教育对工程能力培养重视不够、工程实践教学弱化、师资知识结构不适应高水平工程人才培养等,并提出了应对措施,概括了实施效果,这些探索对学科交叉工程人才培养具有参考价值。 The intersecting of electrochemistry engineering and material science raises a new disciplinarity of material electrochemistry. The personnel training of material engineering has to adapt the new change brought from the interdisciplinarity. In this paper, the problems exist in the interdisciplinarity personnel training of material electrochemistry engineering, such as the misfit of material personnel training to industry cross and merging, the shortage of engineering ability training in material education, the weakening of engineering practice in education, and the misfit of the knowledge structure of the teachers to the high-level engineering personnel training, were discussed. The corresponding solutions and application effects were summarized. It has reference value to the interdisciplinarity engineering personnel training.
