开放式工程教育联盟:国际经验与中国路径

Open Engineering Education Alliance:International Experience and Chinese Path

摘要 提高高等工程教育质量必须倡导开放、合作、共赢,开放式工程教育联盟将在其中扮演重要角色。国际工程教育联盟的典型特征是定位明确、结构规范、边界开放,在强化院校协同、促进人才培养、推动教育革新方面发挥了积极作用。然而,我国现有工程教育联盟仍存在定位与运作模式同质化、组织连带性与合作基础薄弱等问题,进而引发教育资源浪费、人才供需失衡等问题。新工科建设背景下,构建政产学研工程教育共同体和需求导向的教育评估新体系,并营造工程教育政策协同新环境、系统推进新工科研究与实践项目体系等,是打造开放式工程教育联盟的必然选择。 The open engineering education alliance will play an important role in improving the quality of higher engineering education,with the mission of openness,cooperation and win-win.The typical characteristics of foreign engineering education alliance are clear orientation,standard structure and open boundary,which play an active role in strengthening the collaboration among universities,promoting talents cultivation and educational innovation.However,there are still some problems in the existing engineering education alliance in China,such as the homogenization of orientation and operation mode,the weak connectedness of membership and the weak foundation of cooperation,which further leading to the waste of educational resources and imbalance between supply and demand of talents.Under the background of the construction of new engineering education,it is an inevitable choice to build the open engineering education alliance to construct the"government-industry-education-research"engineering education community and the market oriented new education evaluation system,create a new policy environment for engineering education coordination,and promote the new engineering education research and practice project system.
